At HiiGrow Clinic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds and returns are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

For medical consultations or services, refunds are not applicable once the service has been delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used healthcare/medical products.

Customized or special-order items.

Digital or consultation services already provided.
3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask for photos or videos of the product for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email or WhatsApp our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
