Refund Policy

At HiiGrow Clinic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds and returns are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • For medical consultations or services, refunds are not applicable once the service has been delivered.


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used healthcare/medical products.

  • Customized or special-order items.

  • Digital or consultation services already provided.


3. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may ask for photos or videos of the product for verification.

  • Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.


4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please email or WhatsApp our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
